Started having problems with my car less than 6 months after buying it. I was sold "the best warranty that would cover everything but routine maintenance/wear & tear" for $2500. Called the dealership, let them know I was having significant issues with it and was bringing it to a mechanic, wasn't offered a loaner vehicle to use while it was in the shop, and was told to check my warranty for rental coverage (which isn't mentioned anywhere on the paperwork) so I was left without transportation for over a week. The problem is - the suspension system, that is apparently NOT covered by said warranty & is costing me THOUSANDS to repair. Attempted to reach out to the dealership again, no response. I guess it's not their problem or concern anymore. Learned my lesson the hard way & won't be buying from a used car dealership like this one again.12/10 don't recommend.
