I purchased a truck from them back several months ago and have since put close to 5K miles on it without a single issue. The vehicle is how the represented it, they were very easy to work with, and they are quick to make a deal. It was an easy process and they explained everything they knew about the vehicle and everything they didn't know about the vehicle. That is all you can really ask for. At the end of the day these vehicles are used and they get them from several sources, so if you have a bad experience with the vehicle it is necessarily a used sellers fault. I felt they were very honest and I appreciated that!

I don't understand why people are upset whenever they have to do repairs on a used car. The owner buys auction cars and sells them at or below market value. Buying from auctions is hit or miss as far as reliability. There are plenty of services out there that'll let you do your own research on accident and service history. This is not a mechanics shop and cars are sold as is. I bought a car for $6,000 from them knowing that I was probably going to have to do $2,000 to $3,000 worth of repairs to make it reliable, because I did research on common problems for the car that I purchased and on what to look at when buying a used car. I found the owner to be very friendly and honest. He also gave me the option to go to a mechanic to get a pre purchase inspection done. I gave them four stars is because I had to come back to pick up the title even though they had it on hand when I was there to purchase the vehicle. I did end up doing $3,000 worth of repairs. Plus since this was an auction car I went ahead and had the 100,000 mi service done flushing all fluids for about $1,000.

Spent over $7K for a 2015 GMC Acadia in Feb of 2025 and on the way to the title company, the check engine light came on. Not even a mile down the street. Took it back for them to check and all they did was turn it off. They are turning off the check engine lights on their vehicles to get them sold. The car I bought is no longer drivable. Takes 10 minutes to start after filling up the gas, catalytic converter issues, engine issues, stalls in the middle of the road. Turning off the check engine light should be an illegal business practice. It’s taken me awhile to put in a review because I truly didn’t want to, but I’m very disappointed and feel absolutely scammed.
