Crown Auto Sales

Excellenet customer service . Quality vehicles at affordable prices. I have not had any problems with my vehicle at all. Referral came in at the right time. Blessed.

Buyer beware. Bought a 2011 Silverado that Ricks ad claimed to run “like new”. Saw the truck and had some initial concerns and he reassured us “his guy” looked it over and the truck is fine. Purchased August 28th and immediately had to take it to a mechanic to redo the entire front end.

this business was very unprofessional. i was sold a car in February 2019 and was told that everything was fine with the vehicle. By July of 2019 the vehicle began to run hot and the electrical system shut down. i could simply be driving to work and the car would just shut off. we asked him to simply allow us to switch the car out for something more reliable and was refused that service because he would not "purchase a car back that he knew was broken". it is now a year later and i am still stuck with the vehicle and must hitch a ride to work because i still have to pay the note on a vehicle i can not use. i recently was told that the vehicle had be flooded out during the flood of 2016. i would not recommend this business to anyone i dont care how desperate you are. find another place to do business with. i would leave zero stars but unfortunately thats not an option.

THE WORST PLACE TO EVER PURCHASE A CAR!!! This experience for me was EXTREMELY HORRIBLE...within two days the check engine light came on, took it back and (Demetrius) told me that he takes care of his (Curtis) customers..it took a week to get my car back, got it back a few days later the engine light came back on...took it back again (Demetrius) told me to take my car to a place like 5 minutes away got to the place and the people there told me no one called from Crown Auto..went back to Crown Auto... Demetrius called Curtis which he instructed me to drop my car off the next morning..that's exactly what I did..this time it took three days to receive my car back. The problem seemed to be fixed but turns out it wasn't. (Curtis) was given a list of the things that needed to be fixed.. he did NONE of them. He gave me a loaner throughout the whole ordeal which the check engine light was on in that particular car as well.(Curtis) didn't put gas in the loaner and left me to do that as well.I had a conversation with (Curtis) after I received my car about my brakes being done he told me "You might want to get someone to check that out" and I told (Curtis) this is such bad business and I see why no one supports black businesses.SCAM ARTIST AT IT'S FINEST and till this day my check engine light is still on BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The service was fast and easy. But they sell low class unrunning vehicles and they over charge what vehicles worth.
