If you’re buying a car from there get the Carfax, make sure they check fluids. Ayeeeeee Delvin is the best of the best. 20/10 he was cool calm and helpful. Very patient too. The sales managers LIE. Make sure you check under and around the tires, under the hood. Check everything. They don’t give car fax, but they do lie

Everyone was so nice when purchasing then called two weeks prior to my plates expiring. No one called back then plates expired. Called Lafayette was told well just drive safe that’s all I can tell you. She was so so so rude. Then Alana in Baton Rouge as I’m explaining I’ve been calling she rudely transferred in the middle of the call. They don’t care about your concerns after your purchase. Maria the title officer said all I can do is tell you drive safely. Who does that. I’ve had the car over two months still no plates. Which this should have been taken care of. The only person that was concerned is Heather in the Baton Rouge location. Now on to instagram and other outlets. How rude can you be to someone. They over talk you then screaming you have to wait on DMV. Had they taken care the paperwork when the car was purchased the plates would have been here before expiration. Mind you I called everyday for two weeks to get rude ppl and hung up on.

Ever since I had gotten the car, I had issues. I put more money into fixing the car than I did on the down payment. I just gave up. Then once a down payment is made, you tac on an extra 1000 before you even start paying the note. I’ve never had to do that at a dealership. You want to know how to get 5 stars, maybe I’ll try you guys again, only if I can get a car that’s not a lemon and I don’t have to put much into fixing it. Then you may can get 5 starts
