I bought this Nissan from car pro Auto sales they have wonderful customer service quick service and I love my car. It runs good at a reasonable price

I purchased a 2015 Ford Fusion from CarPro Auto Sales in Baton Rouge and shortly after purchase began experiencing serious issues with the vehicle, including pulling while braking, jerking when hitting bumps, steering instability, and excessive tire wear. After researching the vehicle further, I discovered multiple unresolved safety recalls involving braking and steering-related components. Because of these safety concerns, I no longer feel comfortable driving the vehicle, especially with my children. I contacted the dealership directly and attempted to resolve the issue professionally, but was informed that because the vehicle was sold “as-is,” they would not assist with rescinding the sale or refunding payments. I have since filed complaints with the appropriate agencies. I encourage anyone purchasing a used vehicle to thoroughly inspect the vehicle, research recalls through NHTSA, and fully understand the terms of an “as-is” sale before signing. This has been an extremely stressful experience and I hope sharing it helps others make informed decisions. Update: I appreciate the dealership responding publicly and acknowledging my concerns. I understand recalls may be repaired through Ford for free, and I do plan to address those safety recalls for safety purposes. However, my concerns go beyond simply having recalls repaired. The vehicle began experiencing serious driving and safety issues shortly after purchase, including pulling while braking, jerking while driving, and excessive tire wear. These issues have made the vehicle unsafe to operate and have caused significant financial hardship. I am still hoping this matter can be resolved fairly and professionally.

Overly mad. first off they sell the cars as is. no warranty or nothing. now when I first purchased the car it was fine but not even 2 weeks in it broke down out of no where. now I have to buy another transmission. it would’ve been nice if they did 30 day warranty’s. but no. They are responsible for nothing once you purchase the car. 🤦🏾‍♀️

Please be aware this is one of the worst car lots in Baton Rouge, LA. Customer service is a plot & play. They are willing to adjust your payment date if the car breaks down. No warranty, no consideration, or help. Just disregard for a person and their hard earned money. Not everyone can go to bigger dealers. They doing what they have to do to get to that point. This company is predatory, no questions asked. Everything is not a hustle. They purposefully sell garbage/trash products (cars). They know the cars are the worst which is why they will adjust your payment dates if it breaks down. They should be investigated. Scratch a lie, find a thief seriously. Their vehicles are not safe. This post is from anger, but from disgust. We live in a sad world. Karma has no picks though. And if you leave a bad review, Dana will remove it as soon as she can, if she can. Once you make your purchase, they want you to leave a review to boost their business. Please do not help them snake others who are already trying to get out of a jam. Thir business should be shut down.
