Service has always been great at BYOT Autoparts. The staff go above & beyond to assist to the best of their ability, even when being very busy. I'd definitely recommend anyone sho shops in auto recycling. I am a repeat customer & shop weekly here.
They make selling your old car quick and easy. Friendly staff. Everyone you deal with is friendly and very professional. The guy who picked up my old car had paper done and car loaded in minutes. BYOT Auto is first class. Thanks for your help.

Absolutely terrible experience at BYOT Auto Parts. The employees are dishonest and completely unprofessional. We specifically asked BEFORE buying if we could test the part right there in the parking lot and walk straight back inside to return it for a full refund if it didn’t work. They clearly said yes, no problem—we could do exactly that. We even mentioned that’s why we weren’t bothering with the extended warranty. We pulled the part, tested it immediately in the parking lot, it didn’t work, and we came right back inside (within minutes) to return it. Suddenly, they changed their story completely and said “oh, we only do replacements/exchanges, no refunds.” They straight-up lied to our faces and pulled a bait-and-switch tactic. This is shady business at its worst—terrible customer service, misleading customers on purpose, and they sell lemons. Stay far away from this rip-off junkyard/salvage yard. Go to literally any other auto parts place. 1 star is way too generous. Avoid at all costs!
Definitely will never do business with them again. I called and their scamputer gave me a price. Arrived three hours later and they didn’t even have the product.
