I didn't even buy a car or rent one, but the guy there was super cool, me and my mom just stopped by to look at the cars they had because they had a bmw i8, a ferrari california, and a bentley, in the parking lot, we ended up going inside to talk to him and he let us into the garage and ended up starting the ferrari up for us, super hospitable.

I bought a 2012 Kia Soul for $6K (covering everything) from this dealership in December 2018; it's been two years and the car still runs very well. No, it was not a perfect car, but the deal and quick & smooth, I had a nice conversation with Jason, the owner, and finished the deal with him as well. I work for a digital marketing company, so I understand the power of a positive review, and they earned one from me.

Great experience. Purchased from Jerry almost a year ago. Nissan rogue has been wonderful. No high pressure here. Very accommodating and they really encourage you to take the car to your mechanic to have it checked out. I will definitely return the next time we are in the market for a used car.

This was our second purchase at Hikes Lane Auto Sales. We acquired a 2007 Chevy Equinox for my sons first car and after getting it home, realized that it was running hot. The dealership took it back and replaced the thermostat for no charge. Within a day or so, it was back to running hot. We were all perplexed but Joe and Jason at Hikes Lane took it to their mechanic, found out it was at the early stages of damaged head gaskets and gave me some options. They offered to swap vehicles with me or fix it and help absorb the cost. With only 90k miles on it, we really wanted to hold onto it. They got it fixed by their mechanic, split the cost of the repair with me, and were great to work with. I would definitely recommend them and their stellar service. With three 14 year olds, I figure we will see them in another two years easily. 😉

These people are shady; dishonest. We were interested in a SUV, and when we went to see it the car’s tires were totally bald. I mean completely without tread. I’ve never seen anything like this, totally dangerous to drive but they gave us anyway for a test drive. They advertised it as having 3 row seating but it didn’t have that. The windshield was cracked too. After driving the car 7 minutes we broke down, it had no fuel in it at all. Thankfully we were with our mechanic and we filled it. Checked with a mechanic, who said it has mice in it, active oil leak, brakes at 15%, the car has lots of damage, and transmission issue. We went back told them the facts, and the owner got tense and very unprofessional, totally arrogant. They weren’t willing to make any changes or repairs and didn’t even apologize for the car running out of gas and wasting our time and money. I would not recommend to buy anything from them, unless you want to have huge problems with your car.
