I was in the market for a midlife crisis vehicle. I found the perfect convertible on their website and quickly called to verify they still had it. I told them I would be there in an hour. When I arrived, Rod had the car ready and waiting for me. I was able to quickly take her for a test drive with no hassle. She drove like a dream so I quickly made up my mind and we started the paperwork. The process was so quick and easy, no hassle, no pushy sales, in and out the door in about 2 hours. Cheyenne got the paperwork printed and put together my copies in a folder for me. Rod went over some additional services that he wanted to offer for free (fill up gas tank, and even wash my truck that they were going to deliver back to me the next day) Rod also let me know he would take care of a dash light next week and provide a loaner for the day while it was getting fixed. What service!

Had a great experience buying my Audi A5 from Paradise. Rod and team were super easy to work with and went above and beyond to offer great service - no sales pitches or reams of paperwork like most dealers. A few months after my purchase I called to ask for a shop recommendation for new break pads - they offered to replace them for me at cost, loaned me a car while it was in their shop, and had mine detailed and shiny when I picked it up. Will definitely be a repeat customer!

Paradise Motors is a class act. I live in Atlanta but buy my cars from Rod in Kentucky because he genuinely cares about people and knows his business. He treats clients like luxury customers while still offering great products at fair prices. I wish more people in this industry operated the way he does — he’s proven you can make money without being a scumbag and still do good business. When one of our employees was in an accident with an uninsured motorist, Rod helped find her a replacement car and didn’t profit from the sale — he simply wanted to help. That was 2.5 years ago and the car is still running great. If you do business with him now, refer him — he deserves it. If you haven’t done business with him yet, you’re missing out
