David and Jason, also Lauren, are amazing people. The dealer is fair and the car was exactly what was described. Trustworthy people doing business the right way. That’s how it should be and I strongly recommend these guys! I had an out of state purchase and they made it work with no hassle.

I cannot recommend Michael enough! I showed up at the dealership just 5 minutes before closing, and instead of rushing me out, Michael stayed late and was absolutely phenomenal. He went above and beyond to help me get into the exact ride I needed and wanted! The entire experience was seamless, professional, and actually enjoyable. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about their customers, go see Michael. I’ll definitely be back and will be telling everyone I know!

Absolutely LOVED working with Jim Hall at Big Blue Autos. He really worked with me, as someone who is rebuilding my credit. I was able to drive away in a nice car, and I absolutely love the car. Jim was quick, I was in and out within a 2-3 hours. If it even took that long. I would definitely buy here again, or recommend my friends.

if i could give no stars, i would. travelled there from frankfort this past saturdays, spent hours in the dealership. by the time i found something i wanted, they said we could go ahead do all the paperwork and i could come back on monday and pick up the car. Call back today, after waiting 2 hours after open cause i never hear anything, and Jason, the guy in charge of finance, confuses me with another customer, talking about because i’m going to florida , they don’t feel comfortable selling to me. i am a resident of kentucky. my residential address is here. i’m not going to florida? have no clue what he was talking about? they said the only way i could buy a car would be buy here pay here . they’re just tryna push me to do that and the level of unprofessionalism is INSANE ! DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME! NO STARS👎🏼

I bought a car from Big Blue Autos in October 2025, and at the time, everything seemed great. Unfortunately, that didn’t last long. Within just a couple of weeks, the car started getting extremely loud while driving. I’ve since had it looked at by multiple mechanics, and the issues are serious—both catalytic converters and the manifold are going out. On top of that, I had to replace the wheel bearings, and another mechanic pointed out significant rust underneath the vehicle. He told me this level of rust will likely lead to ongoing problems. What’s most concerning is that I was told it’s very likely these issues were already present and may have been masked or hidden before the sale. As someone who doesn’t have a lot of extra money to throw at constant repairs, this has been incredibly stressful. I’m a single mom of two, and I trusted this dealership to sell me a safe, reliable vehicle. Instead, I feel like I was taken advantage of. I would strongly encourage anyone considering buying from here to have a very thorough, independent inspection done before purchasing—or consider going elsewhere.
