Bought Dodge/Chrysler 3.7 engine from them with about 190k. Engine has been handling very good so far. No codes, big leaks, everything in good shape. Front desk was friendly and manager was on top of things. They grabbed and loaded it same day. My personal experience I was very impressed.

Do not recommend… wish I could customer service is garbage. Called around 3:57PM for a third brake light for a ford truck. Representative sounded irritated from the beginning. I asked about the process to purchase and if possible would I be able to pick up part today.. he goes No it’s 4:00PM.. they close at 5:30. It takes 1 hour 30 mins to take 2 screws out and unplug a harness? Garbage.. will take my money elsewhere and highly do not recommend.

Terrible customer service at the counter. Inquired about an accessory switch and they said I needed the part number off of the existing unit. This is an add on accessory. It is stupid ( like their staff) and doesn't require programming. I walked out. Their loss.

Let's just start off by saying I bought an engine back in 2021 and everything went smooth and I praised A & A so much I came back to purchase a transmission for my 2015 Dodge Durango and.. it all went to shit. I was given the wrong transmission to start off, my vehicle is a rear wheel drive and the one I received was for a 4 wheel drive. I of course did not think to check the part, I figured that was their job, so when I was told by my mechanic it was the incorrect transmission I figured it would be a quick fix since I kept all of the documentation. I initially called their new and "main" location on Kansas and was told (after a life story that I had no time OR care for) that it was not their problem and to call the guy that sold it to me. After getting sent to voicemail a few times I just walked into the Jefferson building only to be told pretty much that I'm SOL and it was now my problem. As a female in the auto industry, I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with the entire transaction. I pretty much threw away a couple grand by trusting in A & A Auto and Truck Parts, Inc, and would strongly advise anyone and everyone to go to LKQ or anywhere else for that matter before considering these ppl! ***UPDATE I have never seen a professional business try to blame a mistake on a customer and to add to that, replying to a review is CRAZY 😂 I have every single document from the entire transaction down to the tow truck receipts from moving it back and forth from shop to shop because no one could program it. HAD IT BEEN THE SAME VIN IT WOULD OF BEEN PROGRAMMED WITH NO ISSUE. I am not mad at A & A or anything like that. Simply wanted to let the public what to expect! My vehicle was worked on by several transmission shops in Topeka which one of them attempted to help me get a refund back (bless their hearts) with no success. My Durango is currently on its way to Smith Brothers Transmission to get fixed! 😀 I recommend them to everyone! They have been super helpful these past 5 months.
