I am so grateful to Bryant Limpari at The Big Lots on Prospect. I am a person who understands that credit is very important but I have been struggling to get my credit where I would like in order to get a vehicle. You go into dealerships and they will turn you down instantly without even trying to help. I went into Big Lots and not only was I greeted with a smile by Bryant, I was greeted with, "Tell me your story." I mean actually cared, heard my concerns and blessed me with a vehicle within my budget. I will forever be grateful to you Bryant. Thank you for making me feel like I am worth a try. I love my vehicle.

If you’re reading reviews on Google Maps before visiting this dealership in Kansas City, take this as a warning from our experience. We arrived with a group of friends because two of them were seriously looking to buy cars that day. As soon as we walked in, the girl from the radio booth came out jumping around like she was at a concert. It honestly startled us a bit, but we tried to ignore it and continued looking at the cars. After a while, a sales associate was assigned to us. Two vehicles caught my friends’ attention, so we simply started asking basic questions like the price and mileage. After giving us the information for those two cars, the associate suddenly became visibly annoyed and said he couldn’t keep showing us the price and mileage for every car we asked about. That left us completely confused. If a salesperson’s job isn’t to provide basic information about the vehicles they’re selling, then what exactly is their job? The attitude was rude and unnecessary, so we decided to leave. We ended up going to another dealership where we were treated professionally, given all the information we asked for, and both of my friends bought cars there the same day. Today they’re happily driving their new vehicles. If you value respectful customer service and transparency, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else.
