Big update!! I'm happy to report everything has been fixed! The service center manager made it right and I want to thank him so much for doing the right thing. She's running like a Ferrari! Whoever did the work BRAVO!!!!! I was told they have new staff in the service center and I must say they know what their doing. I hope they are paying all of you well!!! Thank you again for relieving my high anxiety over this issue. Thank you thank you thank you!!! Everything was great before the sale. After the sale everything they told me about the warranty was not all true. I had multiple issues they only fixed one. I'm getting ready to take the car to a Chevy dealership and I'm certain there's going to be some issues. I think I got the wool pulled over my eyes. After the sale they forget who you are. Luckily I have a warranty. Just have a certified mechanic look at any car you purchase here. There's more! My warranty has the wrong milage on it almost costing me hundreds of dollars the service center left tools in my engine and forgot to put my manifold cover back on so now that's lost and I have a purchase a new one! Extremely unhappy!!!! Update! They are fixing my warranty. Don't know if they ever found my engine cover. I did have a buy a new one tho. Communication is not their strong point.

I don't even know where to begin. Country Hill Motors in Merriam isn't just a dealership. It's a group of people who become your lifeline when things go wrong. I purchased a beautiful used 2020 Subaru Impreza from Dennis in July 2025. I was in Kansas from California, caring for my mother during her cancer treatment. My old car had died during the 1700 mile drive to KC, and I needed reliable transportation. Dennis was fantastic, offering a generous trade-in and excellent finance options, making a stressful situation much easier. The true test, and the reason for this review, came after the sale. Just as my mom finished her treatments and I was set to drive back to California, the transmission on my newly purchased Subaru failed in Peculiar, MO. I was stranded, heartbroken, and far from home. What happened next was nothing short of heroic. The GM, John, immediately sent a tow truck all the way to Peculiar to retrieve me and my car. They provided a loaner vehicle without hesitation so I could continue caring for my mom and finalize my trip. Then came the real "impossible" part. The repairs couldn't be finished before I absolutely had to return to California. Faced with a logistical nightmare, Country Hill Motors handled everything. They arranged the complex, cross-country logistics to get my fully repaired Subaru delivered to me in California and their loaner vehicle back to Kansas. They managed it seamlessly. This dealership went so far beyond the standard definition of customer service. They showed profound compassion and integrity during one of the most difficult times of my life. They turned a potential disaster into a story I now tell everyone about incredible human kindness and business ethics. If you want a car, buy it here. But more importantly, if you want a dealership that will treat you like family and stand by you through thick and thin, this is the only place to go. Thank you, Dennis, John, and the entire team. We recently worked with Paul looking at a car- he was quick to respond, get videos together, pricing, a competitive rate for financing. We were looking from a state away and he made the process so easy. Even though our deal didn’t work out we so appreciate the time & the non pushy tactics (you usually get from dealers.) Overall a great experience even though we didn’t get the car.

Had my eye on a specific car. They were more than accommodating with the test drive, even let me hook up my OBD-II reader. All through the test drive Dennis took the time to understand my situation and he explained the different options the bank(s) may give us. We ran the check and Dennis was pretty spot on, I’d say I was even pleasantly surprised. We knocked out the paperwork and I was out the door! TLDR; quick sales process but not at the cost of quality

Debra the sales person was friendly & helpful. The purchasing process was fast. Thank you Debra for all you did. I probably rushed the process more then I should have, but I kinda knew what I wanted so that was on me.The financial person could have went over the warranty policy better. Left feeling not knowing what I was paying for the policy & what it covered. On the plus side he did get me a pretty good loan rate & protective coverage.Had an issue with windshield cracks & dealership made it right without a hassle which I appreciated. They replaced the windshield I will add, I had a workmate from a few years ago that didn't have much good to say about this dealership, but my experience was nothing like he described.
