I noticed a couple of minor issues after I got the truck home, and they had no problem letting me bring it back to make everything right. Curtis in the service department took great care of me and made sure the repairs were handled professionally. Purchased a car from here months ago. Kelly suggested the extended warranty which I was skeptical but I purchased and here this week took the car into a dealership for service. They dealership drug their feet and originally told us it would be $700+ to fix a part that was covered. We reached out to Kelly as she told us to with any issues and even on her day off she got to work! Called the warranty company rep and connected us with him! He got the rates fixed and we only paid a FRACTION of the bill! Amazing customer service by Kelly and her rep,Brandon. I would highly recommend this business for a used car and I would trust Kelly in whatever she suggests. She follows through on her word! We live in Tulsa area and would drive back in the future to purchase a vehicle through them! Great and trustworthy people!

Jeff and Kelly made the process so easy! Not from the area so mostly everything was done through the phone but they were fantastic at communicating and making sure I was happy with everything before making the drive. 10/10 experience!
