From my very first communication via email through the app to confirm availability to driving off the lot with my new car I had a good experience with this dealership. We worked directly with Bill for most of the process he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy at all. He was honest and very helpful. We felt great walking out the door with our new car and the process was all pretty seamless.

We had an excellent experience buying my daughter’s jeep here. They were very easy to work with and more than fair when an issue did come up. They went over and above making sure we felt comfortable with what we were buying. Communication was clear and prompt. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used car.

An honest family owned store. I took the nissan to my local mechanic before purchase and he only said the car needed little minor things. I let Bill know what my mechanic said and he replaced all said parts right then and there free of charge. This business genuinely cares for its customers and community and wants to give everyone a reliable vehicle. I'm grateful for the help they offered me and my family. I originally had a negative experience, but I wanted to update my review because this dealership truly made things right. Bill went above and beyond to help get me out of my van and into a Nissan, and I can't thank him enough for everything he did. He genuinely cared about helping us and worked hard to make it happen. Ryan and John were also amazing throughout the financing process. They were kind, patient, and professional, and they made everything go so smoothly. They took the time to explain everything and made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy. I don't normally leave reviews, but C&S Auto Sales absolutely earned this one. Back in April we bought a 2015 Nissan Altima for my daughter. Unfortunately, the very next day the transmission started having problems. Nobody wants to deal with that after buying a car, but this is where C&S really showed what kind of dealership they are. Bill was great from the very beginning. He never once tried to dodge the issue or make excuses. His first response was actually to offer to take the car back if we wanted to go that route. Instead, we decided to work together on getting it fixed, and Bill made that happen. They ended up having a brand-new Nissan transmission installed, complete with a 3-year, unlimited-mileage warranty. On a repair that could have cost over $4,000, they absorbed almost all of the cost and only asked us to cover an additional $1,000. They certainly didn't have to do that, but they stood behind the car and did what they felt was right. I also want to recognize Raian, who was great to work with throughout the process, and John in finance, who made everything easy and straightforward. Honestly, every person we dealt with at C&S treated us so nicely, respectfully and made us feel like they genuinely cared about making things right. Used cars can have unexpected issues, I think we can all agree that's just reality. What matters is how a dealership responds when something goes wrong. C&S Auto Sales showed us they stand behind what they sell and that customer service doesn't end when you drive off the lot. I'd buy from Bill, Raian, John, and the rest of the C&S team again without hesitation. If you're looking for honest people who genuinely care about their customers, I'd absolutely recommend giving them a chance. **EDIT** I actually just purchased another car from Bill and his team this last weekend. They helped me purchase one for my grandmother and they even let me take two cars off the lot over to show her so she didn't have to get out in the heat! Again, just a bunch of great guys!
