Honest, trustworthy, dependable, fair and the best priced vehicles in KC. This is the only used car dealership I will do business with. The Owner, Noah, is straight forward about the vehicles on his lot. Our family has purchased three vehicles from Ideal Auto and have been more than pleased with our purchases. No pressured sales. Lowest prices and on site mechanic. If there's an issue with a vehicle you will be informed. The only place I will buy a car. Guillermo is amazing! He’s took awesome care of me and my VW Passat. The owner is a cool guy as well... forgot his name though. Definitely give this place a chance. Mechanics are hard to find and I believe I found mine. Before Guillermo... my last mechanic I had for 8 years and it was a big thing for me when I decided to move to Kansas City from Chicago.
Worst car buying experience ever! He agreed to fix some things on the van before I purchased it. He kept the van a few days and then told me that he had fixed it, when in fact, he hadn't. He agreed to take the car back, but then refused. I filed a complaint with the KS Dept of Rev, and he was fined over 2K for defrauding me. Now I have to hire an attorney and take him to court. The car is complete junk even though he continual said it was in excellent condition. Do not waste your time or money. Noah is very dishonest, and his cars are not what he portrays them to be.
