Bought a used car for my son, 2010 Toyota RAV4 sport, we bought the vehicle understanding that it is a used vehicle and has no warranty. We did our due diligence and we had the vehicle inspected prior to making an offer. After going through the vehicle with a mechanic and verifying any issues that it may have, we returned to the dealer where we negotiated a fair purchasing price. Alejandro and his staff are easy to work with and are very up front about what they felt might be wrong with the vehicle. It Is the purchasers responsibility to ensure that they have the used vehicle inspected. It is also the buyers responsibility to pay for the Carfax if they so choose on making a decision on buying a used car. I will admit that the number of negative reviews had me slightly concerned, but after reading those reviews I determined that it is likely the buyers did not do their due diligence when having the vehicles checked over and went off the word of non mechanics.
The salesman was super nice and not pushy at all. We bought an 08 Kia Sportage. It was in great shape, but did have some issues that comes with normal wear and tear having that many miles. He reduced the price and that covered the maintenance. It’s been running great for a couple months now. Absolutely love it. Would buy from there again.
Should have trusted my better judgement and all the negative reviews. The engine cover was missing which made me leery but the vehicle "seemed" to run and drive okay. Well, now I know why the cover was missing. Cylinder 5 misfire and a reoccurring thermostat issue. The brakes were grinding when we test drove it but Alex told us he'd take care of it. They didn't. Just covered it up. Now I have a bad caliper and brakes to do all around on top of the other issues. The problem is they buy up a bunch of auction vehicles and turn around and sell them without so much as looking at them. If you're reading this, don't be a fool like me ( or the rest of us that left a review) and stay FAR away from this place! JUNK!
If I could give this place zero stars I would. My husband and son just drive two hours to look at a car. This is after my son made an appointment the day before to look at this car. Once my husband and son drove there, cars gone. Some lady took it to a mechanic to look at it. Thanks for wasting our time and gas for nothing. Don’t bother to schedule. Nobody knows a thing there.
Do not buy from this guy he sells bad cars. My daughter spent 6,000 for the transmission to go out in not even 24 hours. Trying to sue the dude thru the attorney generat the transmission and work is 4,000 alone. He deleted the codes after he bought it off a auction.
