They have great customer service on filling paperwork and solving problems. I definitely could buy another car here. Small dealership with the great service of a big name dealership

Very enjoyable experience buying from Ernesto. He sold us a sweet 2021 Kia Telluride even showing us how to use some of the functions we were unfamiliar with... After having my mechanic go through it he assured me it was a great purchase... Ernesto even worked with me on getting some new tires for it as they weren't brand new but that's what I wanted... I recommend giving SV Auto a look when buying, these gentlemen did me a solid and I look forward to buying from them again in the future...

Drove 2 hrs to buy a car from this place, they stayed open late for me and were overall very pleasant! The car is being looked at by my mechanic for high idle and to tighten the steering. Sv auto sales stated they were not aware the car wasn’t supposed to idle at 15-1800 rpm while in park! It’s an old school car so they offered to help with the bill. I have no doubt they will honor their word about helping because they have been consistent on everything so far. Each business gets bad reviews I get that, however I’m not hopping on that train! I’d recommend doing your research obviously, but also keep in mind these guys are salespeople but they are human beings who deserve respect! If you treat them right they will treat you right! Honesty and respect go along ways in life even in a professional standpoint! Thanks SV auto sales for a great experience on purchasing a vehicle!

I was considering purchasing a 2017 Toyota Sienna from this dealership and did my due diligence by contacting the Toyota dealership that had recently serviced the vehicle. I was told that after significant work was performed, the Toyota dealership documented a cracked head gasket and recommended a complete engine replacement. This information was not disclosed to me during my discussions with the seller. I obviously decided not to purchase the vehicle. I strongly recommend that prospective buyers have any vehicle independently inspected and thoroughly verify its service history before purchasing… And if you happen to be considering said Toyota Sienna let me save you the headache… Pass.

Great sales experience but poor vehicle quality and poor service! 5 days after purchasing my 2017 Ford explorer from them my check engine light came on. Originally they had me bring it back and they said it was my spark plus causing a misfire, mind you the code it threw wasn't a misfire, it said catalytic converter is bad. So after changing the spark plugs, not even 24 hour later the engine light was back on, again throwing the catalytic converter code. I contacted them again today and was told my car wouldn't accelerate if it was really the catalytic converter, so because it drives I shouldn't worry about it. Ahhhhhh what? I was supposed to drop it off to them again and they now have told me to contact my warranty company to make a claim since I want the issue fixed! Who does business like this! So I'm stuck with a 18,000 car that doesn't drive right and needs additional work! Now on top of what I've already shelled out for this SUV, I've got to come up with repair costs or a deductible to use my warranty! I guess thank God I got the warranty because SV Auto offered little to no solution! I'm beside myself right now. Im regretting ever doing business with SV Auto. 18,000 is a lot of money. I paid asking price for this vehicle and got left with a problem vehicle! In response to your comment, I did purchase the vehicle in Iowa at your W 7th location. A sister lot of yours. I appreciate the nasty text your son or whoever Bernadino is, sent this morning. I will be pursuing any legal option I can now. Thank you for showing your true colors!
