Ideal Wheels

Both the sales and service departments are fantastic. Their customer service is outstanding and are true to their word of no labor charge. I have been nothing but impressed with every interaction I have had at ideal wheels.

So proud and confident to be driving a vehicle from Ideal Wheels! Haven't had to use it yet but there no labor, you pay for parts is a wonderful bonus of buying a vehicle from them. Just so u are aware, I wasn't until signing the contract that tax, title and license is grouped into the loan and they also go down to the Treasure's office for you. Takes a little over a week to get the plates. I wanted specialized plants so I had to wait for the ones from Ideal wheels and then take those down and trade them for the black plates. Just a little unconvienent and time consuming. All their cars are advertised as zero down. I didn't know until looking at the contract that they add GAP insurance unto the loan as well. Which can also be expensive! I wish they would of been upfront about the GAP insurance or perhaps put a asterisk on the paper hanging from the inside mirror * does not include GAP insurance. When I asked Doug about the GAP insurance he stated its due to the no down-payment so its required. When I asked Doug why he didn't tell me about it he just smiled and never really answered the question. The payment advertised was $ 303 not including tax, title, license and that expensive GAP insurance. I got a lower APR then they advertised and when all fees added my payment is $335. I got the car for $15,600 and the loan was for almost $20,000. I think you should have a choice if you would like to pay cash for the title, tax and registration instead of paying an APR on those fees for the next 5 years. Overall I would give them a 4 out of 5 for not being upfront about the GAP insurance. Doug is a great owner and salesmen but he should of been honest with us before we found the charge on a already signed contract.
