Went to look at vehicles and Jose took a bunch of time with us to go through multiple vehicles to try and get us into the right one for us. Was very fair on our trade, and equally fair on price of the vehicle we chose. Excellent customer service from the minute we walked in and through the entire deal from everyone we dealt with. Would highly recommend!

My daughter and I bought a car from there for her that she absolutely loves!!! The guy who helped us was super helpful and nice!! Took care of us of everything that we needed and worked with us on things!! The other guy we talked to for a while at times we were there was also very nice and helpful as well!! The lady who helped with the ending part with payments and paperwork was also very nice and friendly!! Great staff!! Took care of us on everything!!!

Just bought a 2008 Toyota Sienna from De Anda today and had a greaet experience! Since we lived almost 3 hours away, they sent us a detailed video of the car before we left to check it out, and they were able to put it on hold for us. We met with Jose, and he was very transparent throughout the whole process. It truly felt like family owned business. Would definitely make the drive again to get service like that!

Nice people. Not pushy. Would have given 5 stars had I bought the car I thought I was getting.... The car was priced as if it were in immaculate condition given age and mileage. So were my expectations. Carfax showed that the car has been maintained regularly. The actual car when I came to see it was just OK cosmetically(especially interior, and for instance, the engine had rodent droppings all over it, few missing trim plastic fasteners, etc). Then it all went downhill. On the first start engine sounded like it had pebbles rattling in it (so either piston slap, or valve lash) - I should have just stopped there. But I drove to this place from far away so I continued to test drive the car. For about 5 miles on the highway it drove great and then..... the engine experienced catastrophic failure. Felt and sounded like a spun rod bearing. This is the first time ever I have experienced something like this. Thankfully it was not at a high speed and I was able to steer the car to a side road. Called Jose, they sent a towing truck and picked us up. And... that was the end of it. No hassle. So, to conclude : they have a lot of cars but the cars may be hit and miss. Check the cars very carefully. They don't do much (if any) detailing. Prices may seem attractive on paper but are a bit high for the actual conditions of the vehicles. When I rechecked the CarFax I saw that the oil changes have been performed every 10K miles. THAT was likely the cause of the engine trouble. People, change oil every 5K miles, don't ruin your cars!

About a year ago I bought a 2018 Chevy Malibu from these guys believing they were one of the better used car lots in town. Unfortunately I was wrong and it’s been nothing but a list of issues and uncovering poor “repair” jobs. A month into owning it, they had it back for transmission issues. Another month later they towed it back for more transmission issues. The symptoms I described were “fixed” by “bringing the fluid back to the proper level” (symptoms were never fixed and I just accepted it). Another list of issues that I’ve uncovered and fixed since then are shattered and disconnected fog lights, part of the lower bumper shattered, bent radiator, the radiator is missing a mount, windshield washer jug is from a different vehicle and it was leaking, since it was from a different vehicle the sensor never worked and I believed it truly was just low since eventually the wires to the pump came loose and it stopped working, a fender liner is from a different vehicle, many bolts and screws in the front end are missing or don’t line up properly, and i’ve been driving with a locked up rear brake since I never knew about it. I was 17 when I bought this car and it wasn’t a cheap purchase. I spent 17k on a car that should have been barely 10k with everything wrong with it. Chances are if the issues were honestly fixed or at least disclosed I would have still bought the car.. but not for 17k with everything i’ve done to it. Lesson learned, inspect a vehicle better, even if you think it’s coming from a trusted source.
