CarHop Auto Sales and Finance

I went to get my first car at carhop this week. I was helped by a wonderful sales lady named Kaylee. She helped me pick out a van that would fit my budget and i would be approved for with my poor credit score and history. She went above and beyond, since I didnt currently have my license and my mom wasnt there to test drive with me. We realized I had gotten the wrong type of check and she drove me in the vanI had picked out to the bank. Just for my bank to be closed, we went to walmart and got a money order there. She was so incredibly sweet and went the extra mile (pun intended) to help me make a good choice as a first time car buyer who has high anxiety. She even got it worked into my contact that my front windshield will be replaced at no cost to me since it had cracks in the bottom of it when we got in. Thank you Kaylee! I was able to drive it with my mom around to practice and it felt so freeing to be able to drive a bit with my permit.

These woman were !!!! AMAZING!!!! Mandy & Kaylie most definitely were patient and understanding. We drove !!! 7 !!! Cars and they were dedicated in helping us with out any negativity or disposition.

Kaylee was super awesome. Got both my mom and I in a car. She went above and beyond to get me taken care of asap as well.

Mandy was amazing and was a great help getting into my ford escape. I would never have been imagine getting into something like that so quick and easy!
