This is the first time we have ever purchased a vehicle found online and out of state. Initial contact was with Jason, who was wonderful in helping line up an inspection at a local shop near the dealership. After that was completed, he did a live walk-through video of the conversion van with us, which verified the condition of the van shown in the online photos on their dealership website. Jason answered all our questions about the vehicle and possible shipping arrangements, costs, etc. When Jason left on vacation, his father, Jeff, continued to assist us with the purchase, handling the purchase order, overnight shipping of documents, title work, arranging shipping, etc. The initial paperwork was drawn up late on 7/11/2023, and by 7/15, the van was in our driveway! The shipping company handled the van with such care, and when it arrived, the van indeed was in amazing condition (as the video and photos had shown). We are very pleased with our purchase and kindly thank Jason, Jeff, and their staff for the wonderful customer service they provided every step of the way.

Jeff is awesome. So is the younger guy. They treat you well. Got a 20k truck for a great price. Ill buy here again.

I give Premier Picks Auto Sales 2 stars after a very disappointing experience. I purchased a Mustang that was advertised as having no major issues besides normal cosmetic wear, but I discovered serious mechanical problems, including an engine misfire and around $4,000 in repairs needed just to make the car reliable. After contacting the dealership and trying to find a fair solution, I was left with the vehicle and the repair costs. I purchased a Mustang from Premier Picks Auto Sales after being told the car had no major issues besides normal cosmetic wear. After receiving the vehicle, I discovered significant mechanical problems that had not been disclosed, including an engine misfire and a need for approximately $4,000 in repairs just to bring the car to a normal driving condition. When I contacted the dealership, I felt dismissed and unsupported, and after a long attempt to find a solution, I was left with the vehicle and the repair costs. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership. I purchased a Mustang from Premier Picks Auto Sales because I was told the vehicle was in good condition and that the only issues were cosmetic due to its age. Based on that information, I decided to move forward with the purchase. When the car arrived, it was immediately clear that it had not been properly maintained by previous owners. During my first test drive, I noticed a clear engine misfire. I contacted Premier Picks Auto Sales to ask whether they were aware of any issues with the vehicle and what steps I should take. I decided to have the car inspected by a professional mechanic. The inspection revealed that the vehicle was in much worse condition than expected. I was informed that the car required around $4,000 in repairs just to reach a normal and reliable condition, not to make it perfect or restore it to excellent condition. When I contacted Jeff at Premier Picks Auto Sales about the findings, the conversation was extremely disappointing. Instead of trying to find a solution, he became defensive, denied that there were any issues with the vehicle, and ended the phone call. After this, I spent a significant amount of time trying to reach a reasonable agreement. I continued lowering my compensation request in an effort to find a solution that both sides could accept. Unfortunately, despite my attempts to resolve the situation fairly, I was ultimately left with the vehicle in the condition it was delivered and without meaningful support from the dealership. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Premier Picks Auto Sales. Anyone considering buying a vehicle from this dealership should be extremely careful, ask detailed questions, and have the vehicle independently inspected before completing a purchase.

★☆☆☆☆ Found this dealership through Facebook Marketplace and bought a 2010 Jeep Patriot for $1,500. Worst mistake ever. The Jeep lasted 15 minutes before I got a flat tire. Spent $250 on two new tires at Discount Tire and then, 20 minutes later, the transmission went out completely. When I called Jason, he said it was “as is” and refused to help, even insisting I must have run over a nail. I had literally asked him to put air in the tire before purchase because it looked low and the Jeep had clearly been sitting for a long time. My wife called Jeff, the owner, and he never called her back. Almost $1,800 gone in just a few hours. 🚨 Stay far away from this place. Absolutely the worst car-buying experience I’ve ever had.

Went to look and test drive this vehicle shot them a lower offer since there is a lot wrong with it. Carfax says no accidents but clear there was one at some point. Codes were deleted two weeks ago (54 of them) with no engine light showing, front was incorrectly installed or tried to fix. The point is not to trash the car is to be very cautious when buying from here and do your own research since they are not telling you the whole truth.
