Mills Chevrolet Of Davenport

My husband Ed had his truck totaled by a deer so we needed to find a new one. First on our list was Mills, we had bought a car from them in 2020 and was very happy with it. Stacy greeted us and showed us several trucks. She was very helpful and kind. Great place to do business with. He's very satisfied!

Super easy very polite we dealt with Jonathan Sens He was absolutely amazing. Definitely recommend. I think this was the fastest we’ve ever been in and out of a car dealership and I got my new 2026 Chevy equinox absolutely love it

I got a new car! She is a beautiful 2027 red Equinox RS. We had a great experience buying from Mill's Chevrolet in Davenport. Our sales consultant was Stacy Hill and she made the experience delightful. She is a true gem in the field. She was informative, knowledgeable and genuine. I would definitely recommend you go see Stacy at Mill's if you are ready for a new car.

The service was fast and efficient as soon as I walked through the door. I was focused on purchasing a Trailblazer so I drove over to the lot to check it out. Immediately, Taylor greeted me with kindness and acknowledgment of the vehicle I was looking for that day. Atmosphere is clean, every employee greeted me when passing, and the process was fast. Taylor was amazing as he kept me updated with the process. Tyson & Max were phenomenal at the financial piece. I highly recommend Mills Chevrolet!!! Thank you!

To summarize my 3 months of dealing with Mills, it was terrible. They incorrectly installed a cabin filter, could not properly diagnose two brand new tire leaks (they installed these tires). It was the stem leaking (took it in 3x before they understood the issue). Had some paint done on passenger side, paid for by insurance. They cut corners. Instead of properly painting the doors, they just buffed it out and tried to pass it off as complete. Resulted in three small knicks still bare and at risk for rust. I had to point out the flaw, even though they said the work was "manager inspected". After pointing out the flaw, the service desk person (not his area of expertise) tried to touch up the paint with a paper business card (right in front of me). Paint was then uneven. Terrible communication and disrespectful.
