I've had nothing but good luck from Bridgeview currently purchasing my second car from them and it's almost paid off they are a perfect place to go to for first-time car buyers and experienced car buyers. And even when times are tough they often take that in consideration. They are a good business and I appreciate them as much as they appreciate my business.

We had the most amazing experience at Bridge view! Joanna was the most immaculate person we've met in a long time when it comes to car sales. At no point in time did we feel pressured or posed to buy anything. Honest, humble and polite would be an understatement for our visit to Bridge view. Thank you guys for the buick!

Although I’ve encountered no MAJOR problems with my purchase after a couple months now, Brad and Joanna definitely do some shady business down at Bridgeview. Brad said: • It was throwing no codes - The catalytic converter was throwing a fault code, setting off the check engine light. I can even check and see that he has cleared this code before! • The oil leak was from a washer he forgot to put on after an oil change - He offered free labor for an oil change after I put some miles on it. After doing the labor, he randomly started talking about how “the oil pans get rusty on these kinds of cars,” and that he cleaned it. It still leaks, so let’s connect the dots here. Quite sneaky of him. Although they sell cheap cars, I certainly do not enjoy being lied to. I’m disappointed in you, Brad. Also, expect to clean your car out thoroughly, as they kept the interior of my selected car smelling like it’s been at the bottom of a river and looking like it could have been someone’s tomb. Looking back, I’m honestly surprised I even bought it. I will certainly not be returning in the future, and will not be recommending this shop to anyone I truly care about. Note: they have you sign a paper with giant bolded words basically stating they are not responsible for any repairs after getting your money; they are aware of their history.

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BUSINESS. My daughter went to buy a car there and everything was good prior to purchase. After purchase she began having issues with vehicle the first couple of days. Tried to reach the business and no answers. Finally answered the phone and offered no help and hang up the phone. We are definitely complaining to the Iowa State Investigators for car dealers. Very frustrating to have a young person who is in college and just asked for a loan to purchase her first car to be taken advantage of. We were expecting to do some minor fixings but when the car starts hesitating and loses power down the high way and rides a such reduced speed is dangerous and should had been disclosed.

I just bought a car from there, tell me why this is my first day of having it and the check engine light came on. I called them THREE times and they wouldn’t return my call. I had a friend call and they answered right away. They did work on the car before they sold it to me and didn’t think to mention it. Then when asked for the paperwork she seemed flustered. Will update this post after I find out everything. Just really disappointed in the customer care. Here’s my update still no help from them went to get it fixed after realizing I got screwed they put the wrong catalytic converter in it. They know they did that. they don’t care. She said we just work on them and send them out. Don’t trust this place. Hopefully you read this before you seal the deal. Idk who in their right mind thinks it’s okay to cheat people and take advantage of them but she does, so be careful.
