Your dealership should be ashamed of themselves! I totally understand what as is means, but when you knowingly sell a car to a young girl who I explained to you only had $6000 that she got for my mother and we don’t have a lot of money to waste. You changed out that spark plug and knew very well. There was water down in there and then it had a blown head gasket. We’ve already had it looked at. It made it home and this started the very next day. She is now looking at $6000 in repairs and does not obviously have the money for that as I explain to you. You said you would change the spark plug because It had a misfire that was it not a blown head gasket. You should be ashamed of yourself. I hope you can lay your head down at night.

We bought a car from here three months ago and when we arrived, the check engine light was on and they failed to inform us that before our almost 2 Hour drive to there shop! we’ve had it barely 3 months and the car has now completely shut down on us, I would absolutely refuse to buy from these people because they do lie, and if you look at the rest of their views, this isn’t the first time that they’ve sold a car knowing there was an issue with it that was more than something easily fixable. I’m updating this report because I just saw the response and how they try to lie and say that I hung up on them and that I called them names so I would just like to remind the company that I record all of my calls and have all the screenshots and will definitely be posting them. And yes, I most definitely did call them very upset and I would say loud but to say that I was screaming and yelling it’s funny because if that’s what they wanted was screaming and yelling I could’ve easily been doing that. The only thing I said was that it was absolutely ridiculous that they would sell a car knowing it didn’t work and used the f word. Just remember, it’s a new age new day so technology is updated and phone calls are recorded now!

Got a vehicle from here about 2 weeks ago, runs great but there was a coolant leak and the radiator was cracked so now I gotta have that replaced. 1 tire had a faulty valve stem. Other than that it seems to be in good condition. Staff was kind and everything. I Wish it would have been mentioned before I drove about 4 hours to get it, but maybe they didn't know about those issues. The leak was very visible and it was pretty bad. UPDATE: Only 3 months after buying this vehicle, the transmission has failed and needs to be completely replaced. (It was already replaced by the dealership in 2025 according to the Carfax, I assume they probably put a high mileage, worn one in there) It’s very obvious something was wrong before the sale—the radiator was cracked and leaking badly, and that was never disclosed. There is no way this vehicle was properly inspected when the leak was easily visible. I was sold the car with no warranty, and now I’m stuck owing $14,000 on something that can’t even be driven. The vehicle itself is great, but this dealership is not. I’m extremely pissed and would never recommend anyone buy from here. The guy seemed very quick to sell it too which was sketchy.
