This was our first time bringing our car to 4 guys. When we called we explained we were in a bind due to us leaving for Mayo clinic to have my mom get her treatment. They immediately said no problem bring it in, the amount of communication and care for us to get our car done was excellent. The customer service was beyond amazing and it’s clear that they take your service needs seriously. There’s been constant updates on our car and explaining on what’s happening. We truly have found our new place and are beyond grateful for them. Nick and Russell went above and beyond to make sure our car was safe for driving before it left the lot and they have very affordable pricing.

Great customer service. My check engine light came on last night and they were able to test it this morning to confirm it was a minor issue, despite being as busy as they were. Nick at the front desk was especially helpful. Highly recommend.

I’m writing this review out of concern after watching a close friend repeatedly bring her vehicle here. Each time, she’s been told the vehicle was “fixed” and safe to drive, only for it to break down again shortly after. As of now, the car has broken down five separate times since August, despite multiple repairs. Each visit seems to address one issue, but the ongoing reliability problems never resolve. What’s most frustrating is being reassured that the car “drives fine,” when the pattern clearly shows otherwise. At this point, it feels like problems are being patched rather than fully diagnosed. Car repairs are expensive and stressful, and people rely on honest, thorough work. I hope this shop takes feedback like this seriously and focuses on long-term solutions, because repeated breakdowns after multiple repairs are not acceptable.
