Q hooked me up with a basically brand new 24 WRX! Couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Q from the very beginning of our interaction. He was very straightforward with me and didn’t make the process feel like a “business” or “saleman” like experience. Which I appreciate in big purchase transactions. He didn’t make me feel pushed or pressured into any decision that I made throughout the process. He’s professional, personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. Didn’t get the greatest deal on my trade-in but that’s kind of expected now adays. Otherwise I got what I feel is a VERY far price on an almost new WRX. His manager also was able to pull off a very fair financing option for me and was also great to work with! This car was exactly what I was looking for in every way and so glad that Zeigler Subaru of Lafayette had it in stock! This has been by far the most pleasant new car buying experience I have had. I have been in the market for a brand new 2026 Ascent and Zeigler Subaru had the best pricing in a 60 mile radius of where I live. At first I was hesitant to move forward with the purchase because the dealership was too far from my house and I was worried about transportation to the dealership. My second concern was that I only wanted a certain model configuration with a particular exterior and interior, which they did not have. Well, Austin, my sales associate really came through. 1st he personally picked me up from my work and brought me to the dealership. 2nd, he found the exact model I wanted and got it to his dealership from 100 miles away the next day! When I arrived, it was the exact model I wanted and the price was what we had previously discussed. The final price was even $80 cheaper than I was quoted. Josh, the finance manager was not pushy and explained all the products and warranties very clearly and was prepared and efficient in completing the documentation. This was a 5 star experience all around. The pricing was the best around. The transparency was phenomenal. Everything was as discussed and no surprises occurred. And, the sales associate even drove an hour to pick me up!! Thank you Austin and the rest of the Zeigler Subaru staff. If you check them out, ask for Austin!

Okay, nobody likes dealing on new cars. I pulled in the lot and the salesman I dealt with Ashante Woodyard greeted me and our adventure began. We had a discussion about the type of car I was looking for and the type of options I wanted. He took me directly to those cars. No attempt to upsell, just here's the car you're looking for. Went for a test drive, no car sales talk just a normal two human beings having a discussion. We came back, sat in his office, filled out some paperwork, and he went in to get that started. Took him about thirty to forty five minutes to do the paperwork, not the hour and a half to hours at most dealerships. Got a phenomenal interest rate. I gotta say, this is one of the best experiences i've had at a car dealership. My experience in dealerships lately has been nobody's real friendly because they're all busy hunting the next sale, but in this establishment, everybody was friendly would stop by and chat for a minute then off they go. I will not have a problem going back to this dealership for another car and I'll be looking for a Ashante Woodyard when I get there.
