Laura Auto Sales

From the moment I walked in, Laura was welcoming and respectful , knowledgeable, honest, and helped my father find the perfect truck. The financing process was quick and transparent, and they gave us a fair value for his trade-in. We left the dealership feeling confident and well-informed. The car is running great, and he loves it. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a straightforward, respectful car-buying experience.

Nice cars and excellent customer service ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

If I could give zero stars I would I bought a car off her 6 months ago and the moment I drove off the lot the check I gone light came on she said it was nothing to worry about and if I needed anything she would help . I told her that my car was getting to much power to the engine and a part needed replaced she didn’t care to help with that . I just contacted her again to let her know the car is completely broke down the engine is failing and she said she is sorry to hear that but there’s nothing she can do and that apparently she offered me a warranty. I’m 21 buying my first car I sure as hell would have got a warranty if it was offered she literally just sold me the car as is so of course i realize she doesn’t have to do anything after it’s been sold but as a person who is running a business I think she should do better making sure her cars are up to par before selling . And regardless she charged me $8,000 for this 2015 ford escape that literally didn’t last 6 months but everyone has different experiences with buyers .
