This was my first time trading in a vehicle and buying a brand new one, and Alex Farley made the entire process smooth and stress-free. When I first inquired about the vehicle, Alex made a personalized video for me in the rain showing the car and all of its features. That level of effort instantly made me feel like a valued customer. Communication with Alex was fantastic. My schedule is very busy, and he was always willing to communicate through text, which made things so much easier for me. He would even respond outside of normal work hours, which showed how dedicated he was to helping me. He was extremely patient while working through financing options and provided multiple quotes so I could feel confident about my decision. It truly felt like Alex was doing everything he could to make sure I was happy with my purchase. The gentleman in financing was also very kind and took the time to explain to me everything I was signing. As a young woman who has never bought a vehicle on her own, i was nervous to be taken advantage financially but the team I worked with made me very comfortable and confident. Just purchased a new Taos! Also purchased an Atlas two years ago and couldn’t be happier with both vehicles! The staff is very friendly and courteous! The purchase was the quickest in and out of my last 20 vehicles! They made it a truly enjoyable experience!
