Bri and Steve were absolutely awesome! From the first interaction I had with her over the phone she was very helpful, understanding and considerate! She stayed in touch and it didn't feel like harassment or annoying! Answered all my questions. When I came in for my test drive Steve knew who I was by name, he handled straight business and they were both transparent! I was super nervous at first but I'm glad I took that leap of faith! Excellent buying experience! From the moment I arrived, the team was incredibly attentive and professional. They helped me find the perfect car for my needs without pressuring me at any point. The delivery process was quick and transparent. I would definitely buy from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

I would strongly recommend using this dealership only as a last resort. I purchased a 2020 Chevy Malibu, and the very next day it began making a squealing noise. When I contacted the dealership, I was told by the manager to “tell the bank there were no repairs needed so we could move forward with the loan and then they’d get me into the shop.” After that, I never heard back. About a week later, the vehicle was already warmed up when I got on the highway and it nearly stalled, with the check engine light flashing. I called the manager again and was told “cars just do that when it’s cold.” That explanation made no sense, especially given the circumstances. Now, less than a month into ownership, the car has gone into reduced engine power mode and the check engine light is on again. I was told they performed a pre-purchase inspection, yet when I asked multiple times for the inspection paperwork, I was never provided anything. There are also multiple additional issues that were either missed or ignored: • Two tire pressure sensors already failed • The car intermittently says “Put car in park” even when it is in park • Remote start stopped working I was told “it just works and then it doesn’t,” but worn or failing components can absolutely be identified during a proper inspection. I feel misled, dismissed, and extremely disappointed. I don’t believe I was taken seriously, and I regret trusting verbal assurances instead of documented inspection results. If you’re considering buying here, do not agree to tell the bank everything is fine in exchange for future repairs. Get everything in writing, or better yet, go elsewhere with a co-signer if possible. -Trevor
