I have had multiple excellent experiences with SweetCars⁠ over the years. I purchased my 1997 Porsche 993 Carrera 4S from them, and the entire process was professional, transparent, and enjoyable from start to finish. I’ve always dreamed of owning a luxury Sprinter, and when I learned that SweetCars had added OGV Luxury Coaches to their lineup, I knew I had to check them out. They exceeded my expectations! I ended up purchasing a VCruise 10-passenger, and Alex and Michael made the entire process easy from start to finish. They paid attention to every detail and took the time to explain all of the coach’s features and onboard systems. I’m John Rogers with a review for Sweetcars and Larry Franck. My 911 is perfect! It’s everything thing Larry said it would be. The pricing was very competitive and the trade was fair. Larry goes out of his way to make sure the customer is satisfied. I will continue to buy cars from Larry and Sweetcars in the future. There is not another dealer like them in town.

*please read if buying a car* Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. Sweetcars agreed to have pre-purchase inspection done at Audi dealer, which showed that car I was interested in had dry rotted tires AND a rattling sound coming from behind the seat! Sweetcars refused to honor the price we agreed to before the PPI was performed, saying that I would have to pay for the new tires and for diagnosing the cause of rattling (and the eventual fix). What was the point of the PPI if it showed your car was not in good selling condition as assumed, and especially important to note that DRY ROTTED TIRES ARE NOT SAFE TO USE ON THE ROAD! Why would I pay to replace tires that they didn't realize were crumbling apart and are not safe to use on the road. And why would I pay to diagnose and fix a rattling sound when the price originally agreed upon assumed the car had no flaws (nothing disclosed in description or over the phone). They told me to "live with" the rattling sound. What kind of BS is that! Larry was ok to talk to originally, doing his "sweet" talking, but once I found out about the rattling sound and rotted tires he was hard to reach. He also tried doing a stupid salesman tactic and lied about another buyer willing to pay full price for the car to pressure me into closing the deal. I told him that if someone is offering full price for a car with dry rotted tires and rattle, he should sell it to them. Lo and behold one week later car is still available on their website. Sweetcars also took their "sweet" time and delayed returning my deposit. I am also out $400+ I spent on the PPI and wasted a bunch of my time. Go to a real dealer you can trust when making such a large purchase, would not recommend these guys at all.
