I was incredibly nervous about my car buying process. As I didn't have a whole lot of money and my credit wasn't the greatest. Yet, Kris worked with me and made it possible where others would not. Im so happy with my beautiful car. My experience with Kris has changed my whole perspective. He took the time to address my issues and concerns making me feel safe and respected throughout the entire transaction experience. If you are looking for a dealership with honesty and integrity, that truly cares about its customers and operates with total transparency. I cannot give these people enough praise. They went over and above my expectations. Met Carlos first. He was very helpful. Couldn’t find anything that day. Said he would call if he found something. We were in a time crunch but we also could have waited longer if we needed to look more. Next day he called. Carlos was off that day even though we communicated over the phone. That man is devoted to is job and wants every customer to be happy and satisfied. Joe took care of us. Made everything so easy. Explain things I would not have thought of about the car. He found the right loan company that would fit into our budget. Kris is the owner. Unfortunately we did not spend a lot of time with him. He does seem genuine. I had an amazing experience at Southern Indiana Auto! Jeff and Joe were absolutely fantastic to work with and made the entire car-buying process smooth and stress-free. They were honest, helpful, and never made me feel pressured. Everything was explained clearly, and they truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I drove almost 3 hrs and they closed early. The sales rep said he could come back in 30 mins so I waited only to Discover that 1 of the car doors wouldn't open. This issue was known but not listed on the description online. The sales man had a idk type attitude and said the owner will not negotiate the price because he wants to keep the vehicle for himself. This was a horrible experience and I will never return. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.
