Have serviced both mine and my girlfriends vehicles in the past month and did excellent fair priced work without trying to haggle and upsell you on anything. You tell them the issue you’re having that you want fixed and they resolve just that unless you specify otherwise. Highly recommend and will return in the future should need be.

Our daughter has been in the NICU since birth and we have so much on our plate and then had to deal with this mess too. They made everything so stress free and easy. They genuinely care! Bought used vehicle for $13000. At purchase we smelled oil. They put it on the rack and denied it was leaking, says it was from the work they had done. Drove it as far as Florence Kentucky before the entire engine was covered in oil. Their tech had used aftermarket parts and installed them incorrectly resulting in $5,000 of repairs. At first they admit it was their fault and they pay $3,000. Just days later engine light comes on. It turns out the entire timing system they had used aftermarket parts and broken the seals $6,000 of more repairs. Immediately after that it turns out that they had improperly tightened the tensioner on the belt to the alternator so it shreds itself another $1,000. Owner now dodging all of my messages. Beware this dealer. They use aftermarket parts. They install them improperly and then they refuse to pay for repairs to your lemon.

Absolutely do not go here to service your vehicle - they screwed a friend of mine out of a transmission repair. Janet, the owner, replaced the trans in his car 3 times, over the span of 3 months, reordering the same "warrantied transmission" that failed and billed my friend for the additional labor each time. And, the transmission still doesnt work. Now she's requesting full payment for all the labor/parts before proceeding with any more repairs. If that's not a scam I'm not sure what is...
