They did an amazing job on my 2024 Nautilus. They were very detailed they listened to everything I said what it was and was not doing updated everything. Just a all-around great experience. One of the best service departments I've been to. Thank all of y'all so much.

We had an amazing car buying experience! Between my spouse and I this was our 18th car from a dealership and you guys made everything so easy! Best car buying experience we’ve had! We called Tuesday and got Kenny and Friday morning picked up the 2025 Lincoln Nautilus! Steve was very professional and not pushy like most finance guys at dealership. I felt like our business was truly appreciated! In and out! This was my first time buying a brand new car and was my 5th Lincoln! I always told myself if I ever splurge for a new car it’s going to be a Lincoln. So thank you again for making the experience memorable! I keep telling everyone I know to go see D Patrick for a car! I bought a vehicle, put down a hefty down payment, and had a salesman that shouldn't be on the floor selling cars. I swear they will hire anyone as a body, regardless of their customer service experience. I am convinced that this dealership is all about quantity over quality and doesn't give a single bit of care to their reputation. They sold me a lemon. The salesman never once was interested in discussing a warranty and the finance guy would not even entertain my request about GAP insurance. I took the car off of the lot, in a storm, and within 3 hours had a 2 foot spot of paint come off of my hood. Luckily, the wonderful crew at Evansville Hyundai took care of me and made it right. A few days after my purchase, my AC went out in the car. Did D-Patrick care? No. Tim Keith called me personally to try to talk me into a new car and let me know that they would not fix my AC in the car I had chosen. I would not recommend this dealership to a single person on this planet looking for quality service. DPATRICK IS NOT IT!! Please save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere!!!
