Isringhausen is a top-tier dealership when it comes to customer service. As an out-of-state buyer, they walked me through the process, and by financing through them, they took care of all of the registration for the vehicle in my home state. My salesman Sean was easy to work with and took the time to pick me up from the local airport and bearing me to the dealership. The business manager Mark was able to get all the paperwork completed before my arrival, so that I was able to get on my way efficiently. There aren't many car dealerships left that maintain this level of customer service. Having grown up in the car industry, it was a welcome experience that took me back to how car buying used to feel.

I will start this review by stating that I have never had a dealer experience like this (in a good way). I have purchased many cars from many dealers and have had a range of experiences from being blown off to exceptional care. This dealership stood above them all, and by a clear margin. I found a car on their lot that was everything I was looking for. For this, I was willing to travel 5hrs one way to ensure I got the car I wanted. Prior to committing to the long trip, our sales rep, Brandon Horner, went above and beyond to provide additional photos and walk around video of the car, to include putting it up on a lift to show the undercarriage. This is extremely valuable for anyone buying a used car in the Midwest. Brandon made sure that everything was lined up to ensure that once we completed the first 5hr section of our drive, the car was ready to go, the financing was lined up and that all we had to do was look at the car, confirm it was exactly what we wanted and could just sign on the proverbially dotted line. Every staff member we encountered was nothing but kind and engaging. The all fostered an inviting environment that kept the whole experience low stress and welcoming. The employees all seemed to be part of a very cohesive team. I don't know that the leadership group is doing to build such a great team, but they need to keep it up. They will be at the top of my list for our next vehicle purchase, long drive or not. The experience and the level of care are all worth it. I should also add, their dealership typically sell high-end vehicles with lofty prices. The vehicle we had traveled to get was not a very expensive vehicle compared to many of the vehicles on their lots. Despite this, I never felt that I was being provided substandard attention. It very much felt like I was buying one of their high-end vehicles.

He made the process of trading in my present car and purchasing another one sight-unseen surprisingly easy with no stress! He answered all my questions patiently and professionally with honesty, and he was able to expedite the transfer delivery in the shortest possible time. Beautiful showroom, great selection and above all.... friendliest staff. I must admit.... I was hesitant to visit as I thought Isringhausen Imports was above what I am used to; however, I traded my 2020 Audi for a 2026 BMW and could not have been more impressed by the way I was addressed during the negotiating and purchasing. My sales professional, Luke Gedaminski was a true gentleman. The time he took showing my wife the BMW was impressive.
