Auburn Auto Sales

I got a good deal on a good car and was very pleased with the quick Professional Service. In two-and-a-half years I didn't have one problem with the car that I bought from them

Good Customer service.

Very unprofessional sold a car but they never paid to have it titled after they bought it from an auction lot !!! I can’t get it tagged because they refuse to do the right thing and NOT TITLE JUMP!!!! Very unprofessionaland now I’m blocked by calling the number!!! The title was never sent into the state of Illinois. Tried to contact them multiple times. Got nowhere!!!!!! Shiesty scam artist scam artist!!!!!!! HORRIBLE DONT BUY STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!! You might as well throw your money outside down the gutter and just let it go because you’re not gonna get anywhere with them AND THE STATE ALLOWS IT THE COPS SAY ITS A CIVIL MATTER YET TITLE JUMPING IS A FELONY !?!? I’m confused WARNING TO OTHERS ‼️ ⛔️ ⚠️ ⛔️ ☣️ ☢️

Unprofessional. I needed a bill of sale to get the car registered. It's been a week. I provided my email address so they could have printed it out and emailed me a copy. I've offered to come pick it up. This is outrageous.

Did not disclose issues with the vehicle and would not allow vehicle to be returned the next day for a refund after the prior damage was discovered. Would not recommend!
