Anderson Rock River Ford

After two very bad dealership experiences, we went to Anderson Rock River Ford and had such a better experience. I explained our situation, and Jamel was extremely helpful from the start. He took the time to explain everything clearly and was transparent, respectful, and patient with our concerns, questions, and overall situation. The GM, Pat, also came over and was very kind and professional. Gregg, in the finance department, explained all the paperwork. He was friendly, fast, and made the finance part super easy. Overall, I am extremely happy we found a dealer that was transparent, friendly, and easy to work with. Like most dealerships, they offered warranties and add-ons, but they were not pushy and did not change the price based on whether we wanted to purchase extras. That made a huge difference. The process also did not take all day, which we really appreciated. We are so happy my son was able to get a car he likes at the price we wanted. I would definitely recommend Anderson Rock River Ford. My husband will be buying a car soon and we know where we are going!

Awesome dealership to purchase a vehicle from! I was getting the run around from my local dealers and found this dealership because they had the exact truck I wanted. Paul Lepien was everything you could ask for from a salesman and the reason I made the trip from Las Vegas to make the purchase. Myschelle in finance was awesome too and very helpful. The team as a whole was great and I would definitely make the trip again to purchase from them. Highly recommended.

She is always so friendly and remembers me when I come in or call as I have been doing business here for 6 Years. My truck is well cared for at Rock River Ford.
