1537 Broadway, Rockford, IL 61104What do customers say about 9 One One Auto Sales?
I would recommend this dealership to anyone. The customer service was great and everyone seemed friendly. Ana handled my purchase from beginning to end, and she was extremely accommodating. She even came in early to make sure I was able to sign all of my paperwork before I went to work. I'll definitely be back
I had a great experience at this car lot. The sales men were very friendly and answered any questions I had. They go above and beyond for their customers. Excellent customer service and I was overall satisfied with my car purchase. I recommend this car lot. They also will work with you. I was able to get the suv I wanted.
Great experience, helped my sister in law get a great used van. Friendly, fastest experience I've ever had at a dealership, with simple paperwork.
don't recommend buying a car from them they sold me a 2009 subaru impreza wrx and told me he's been driving the car and it's in perfect condition. within 3 days my turbo blew and the warrenty wouldn't cover it. the dealership also claimed they gave me a 90 day warranty and they will not honor that so i had to end up paying for the turbo.
Would not honor warranty . Car broke down 2 1/2 days after being purchased. Cost to fix $2000. Took advantage of a 18 year old kid. 25.99 percent interest.
