Victory Honda Peoria

We just bought a beautiful 2018 Chevy Colorado last weekend from Victory Honda. Hands down, the absolute best experience we've ever had at a car dealership and our sales person was phenomenal! Kendra is simply amazing. So helpful, she listened to what we wanted, never tried to oversell us, walked us through every step of our purchase and actually helped us get our purchase price lowered! We were all set to pick it up after work on Monday when she texted and offered to deliver it to us that day. She drove 40 minutes to where we were to get it to us. The truck had been detailed and had a full tank of gas, well not quite full. She said that it was full when she left Peoria, so since she used some of "our" gas, she put $20 in the center console to replace it. Who does all this for a used vehicle??? Positively amazing. Can't say enough good things about Kendra and Victory Honda. You have a customer for life.

After hours upon hours of researching a new vehicle for myself, I was so pleased to have come into contact with Anthony Hughes at Victory Honda. I cannot say enough, how pleased I am with the experience. Anthony made me feel comfortable, and the whole process was fun and spot on to what my needs were. We both worked together and found the perfect vehicle for me. I love my 2026 Honda pilot!!! it is somewhat sporty, but luxurious and the third seat will be that perfect place with all the grandbabies! Thank you, Anthony again for an exceptional experience. I had a very positive experience at Victory Honda Peoria. The staff was friendly and professional, and they made the buying process straightforward and easy. I had been searching for a reliable SUV and found a used Hyundai Santa Fe on their lot that was priced to sell and looked great. From the very first call, they were easy to work with and quickly got me approved and ready to buy. I live about 2.5 hours away, so planning the trip took some coordination, but they made the entire process smooth and efficient. When I arrived, everything was exactly as discussed. The buying process was quick, easy, and completely painless, and I was able to drive home in the vehicle I wanted the same day. They didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. I was very pleased with the experience from start to finish and would highly recommend Victory Honda Peoria to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle and excellent customer service.

Kudos to Service Manager Curtis Grow! Even though I didn't have an appointment, he made sure my tires were replaced today. I truly appreciate his professionalism, kindness, and outstanding customer service. I have been bringing my Honda here for over 20 years for oil changes and maintenance, and I have always received outstanding service. I highly recommend Victory Honda of Peoria! Thank you very much!

I recently had an appointment to have the oil changed and tires rotated, took two hours but didn’t charge for the service call. Once they were done I drove 25 miles home. I smelled oil and opened the hood and the service technician ( loosely described) neglected to put the oil fill cap back on and oil was all over the engine bay the hood the frame and dripping onto my garage floor, needless to say I was quite upset. Called and explained took the car back so they could clean it which they did the next day. For Gods sake PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU ARE DOING!!!! A dealership or any business is only as good as the people who work for them. They did give me a free oil change but I’ll check the car before I leave the dealership.
