I had a wonderful experience with the staff at Lewis. Daylynn was helpful without being intrusive, and he let me check out the car without hovering around. He was always polite and never pressured me in any way. Sonia was a great help with making sure all of my paperwork was completed correctly. Don't have the car yet, so I can't comment on that, but I would definitely recommend Lewis to any friend.
I absolutely love my new car from Lewis. I went there to browse their selection and ended up coming back with my mechanic to purchase. I bought a beautiful Ford with low miles. They worked with me, helped me and we're absolutely amazing. I highly recommend them and if I ever want another car I know exactly where to go. I'm going back to Lewis!!!! God bless Lewis auto sales and please go take a look at their amazing selection. It's worth your time!
Very thankful for the time and effort that this place put in to help me get a vehicle. Friendly staff and determination to help the customer! I appreciate lewis auto sales
Terrible place!! I bought a older 1996 jeep grand Cherokee from them gave them 1600 on a deposit, the on test drive it idled a little rough but I wasn’t too bothered by it because it was an older vehicle and I only planned on using it sparingly as a backup vehicle. The first day I had it I took it to speed Lube complete care to find the cause of the rough idle, they said the frame was rusted so bad that if they tried to put it on a rack it would probably fall apart, so I took it right back to them and asked for my money back, instead they said they would weld the frame so they kept it for a few days and when they were done I drove it home. That was the last day that thing ran. I called them and once again demanded my money back the lady at the time said they would have someone call me back and I have never heard anything from them since then this thing‘s been sitting in my driveway for two years not working and I am not paying them a single dime In car payments cause I don’t want it since the first day I had it I need them to come get their crap and give me my money back
Horrible customer service they only tell you a little bit about the car. they don’t even know what’s wrong with the cars their selling themselves Ive only had my car for two months and 30 things has went wrong already and when you call they act as if they don’t care about you nor your car problems
