I’ve had this car for a month… we asked if the whole vehicle was inspected, as well as the timing belt. He told us they do a complete inspection on every one of their cars. A month, with just in town commutes, the timing belt snapped and damaged the engine. And now the car is toast. The entire time he went on about how his dad opened this business wanting to help people and didn’t like how other dealerships screwed people over. I bought this car with the last bit of money I had, put my trust into this dude and took his word for it. As a single mother barely making it as it is, they told me there was nothing they can do to help. $3000 down the drain. Granted I know it was a used car, but… come on, we asked every question we can ultimately asked, and asked when things were last serviced and changed. Which he said they do everything themselves before putting it on the lot. Really sucks.

We purchased a vehicle at next ride, Brandon helped us and was fantastic. While Brandon was great, after buying as-is, 30 miles down the road the check engine light came on. Come to find out, the dealer had put cheap spark plugs in the vehicle and one melted. They had said the vehicle had been taken to their mechanic and was checked out…. Finding things like, some one surfaced the brake rotors with a hand grinder. Engine throwing codes…. This is dishonest practices. I would NOT recommend working with this dealership.
