Dales Auto Sales was the first place I stopped last Friday. After looking all day at other places I made my way back there. At first I wasn’t even sure Kyle worked there. He wasn’t your typical salesman type attitude. When going over details of the truck he pointed me toward, he said this one will be spot on with what the bank says it worth. I didn’t even have to NADA the truck myself, he had it ready. Still, He dropped sticker price and was also fair with the trade in of my broke down truck. He went and picked it up with his trailer to save me the hassle of trying to drive it there later. A week later and I’m completely happy with the truck and service I got from Kyle and Dales auto sales. Everyone is shocked when I tell them I got a 2017 Ram 1500 with 60,000 miles on it for a good deal

I bought my Dodge Grand caravan through Dale's Auto and they went through a big ordeal to help me buy it. After having it for a couple of weeks the transmission went out on me during rush hour. I got a hold of Gary at Dale's Auto and I had it towed there. Dale found a used transmission and put it in for me. He was so nice and even split the costs of getting the transmission and the labor to have it done. They could have said it's not their problem and that it would have all been on me, because I didn't have a warranty, but they got it fixed and agreed to pay half for me. If anyone is looking for an honest dealership to buy a vehicle I would beyond highly recommend buying at Dale's. You get a great vehicle and fantastic service from extremely great people.

I Was nervous About buying from a Lot that I did not know. Especially it being a 1st car for my daughter. Not only did we get a good deal but we got a very nice Jeep compass. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the Jeep. I will definitely be buying my cars from Dale's In the future. Thank you to the gentleman that Helped us .very good customer service.

I do not recommend this dealership because of poor customer service and the possibility that they are not operating "above board," though I did not end up purchasing a vehicle from them because of how bad Dale was in dealing with me. Several months ago I was interested in a Suzuki XL7. I test drove the vehicle and returned to the office and made an offer to purchase. The salesman said that he needed to talk with Dale to ask him if he wanted to accept the amount that I had offered which was about $600 less than they were asking but was still slightly above market value. Dale was in a meeting with two other customers so I waited a bit and then was told that Dale would call me back that night. Dale never did. I called the dealership back the next morning and was told Dale wasn't in but that he would call me back later that morning. Dale never did. Dale finally called me back in the late afternoon and told me that there was a check-engine light on in the vehicle and they did not know what it would cost to fix it so the selling price may need to be higher depending on how much it would cost them to fix the issue. I made another offer over the phone. Dale said that he would call me back and let me know how the repair was going and whether or not they could sell it to me. I have still not received that call (it has been four months). I bought my vehicle from Big Sid's (down the street) and had a great experience. I recommend that you steer clear of this dealership.

So I noticed they have a 1997 Jeep Wrangler with 0 miles for sale. What an honest dealership, I’m sure they are great people always there to help. Unfortunately for you I would never deal with liars such as yourselves. Hopefully people are smart enough to avoid such a shameful business.
