When I first brought my car I had help from a co-signer because I didn’t have enough money to put down as my down payment and Capital Auto Loan have always been my car loan company for 3 years now so long story short the co-signed had some bad words towards me so I reached out to Capital Auto Loan to see if I can refinance my car in my name alone and when I saw my email said approved I jump and cried for joy I was so excited because Ashley she is so amazing and kind and she helped me through the process and it went amazing and smooth. I set recurring payments. 3 months no problems. 4th month I get an email on my due date of needing to pay. Recurring payment just randomly stopped. So, if you set up the recurring payments be diligent about checking that they go through, or you will be late.

The first person I talked to was very nice and tried to help me but when he couldn’t I was transferred to the “floor supervisor of 8 years” who apparently has no customer service experience. I explained my situation and he was very rude to me and talked to me like I was stupid. I was getting frustrated but I never got an attitude or was rude to him until he said that I was being irate and he deals with customers like that all the time. I said excuse me but I haven’t been rude to you this whole time I’m not being irate but you are talking to me like I’m stupid. He continued to argue with me and just kept saying that I need to call somebody else. I asked to speak to the person above him and I was told that there wasn’t one. He doesn’t have a supervisor. I asked him if he was the owner and he said no but that he would not give me his bosses number or transfer me to them because his boss doesn’t have time for that. If I was the owner of a business and my “floor supervisor if 8 years” was treating people like that and telling them that the owner doesn’t care or have time for them I would be pretty upset. I asked him who I could contact to make a complaint about him since he wouldn’t let me talk to his boss and he said you can leave a google review so here you go.

Worst company i’ve ever used. Screwing me for the past year and a half. Hopefully my bank approves a loan to pay this off now that my credit is better. Have not had a worse experience anywhere else financially. Stay away from Capital Auto Loan.
