"THE" easiest, best car buying experience I've had to date and I'm old so I've had a few. Louweggie, our sales guy and the rest of the team were outstanding. We got a great car at a great price for my elderly mother and they took very good care of her. I will definitely be headed back the next time I find myself needing a reliable, safe vehicle without breaking the bank.

I had a very disappointing experience with Capital City Auto. The customer service I received after purchasing my vehicle was completely different from the service I received during the sales process. When I contacted the dealership to request assistance with removing an extended warranty that I no longer wanted, the representative who had originally encouraged me to purchase the warranty was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of helping resolve my concerns, I felt disrespected and treated as though my request was an inconvenience. What made the situation even more disappointing was that this entire interaction took place in front of the dealership managers. Despite witnessing the representative’s rude and inappropriate behavior, none of the managers intervened or took any action to address the situation or correct the representative’s conduct. Their lack of response gave the impression that this type of behavior is accepted within the dealership. Customers deserve to be treated with professionalism, courtesy, and respect not only when purchasing a vehicle, but also when seeking assistance after the sale. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and works to improve both customer service and accountability within their team.

I got a Jeep from capital city, these guys Austin and Deryk were amazing. Everything was smooth and easy! Update: After 1 month of purchasing the car, the light engine came on: liquid had gone to the engine, and apparently there was no indication of such thing. I bought the GWC warranty to ensure anything and everything would be covered for the next 2 years. GWC ended up declined the claim saying that it happened before I purchased the car, so everyone is washing their hands and I’m going to have to pay for the 6k repair. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of support and accountability; please don’t waste your money or time here. You’ll end up paying even more.

Please never buy in Capital City Auto!!! The manner in which some dealership representatives communicate with customers is concerning. While they are courteous and attentive during the sales process, their attitude often changes when customers seek assistance or resolution of issues after the purchase. In these situations, interactions can become rude and unprofessional. Attached is a photo showing a representative from Capital City Auto communicating with a customer in a manner that appears disrespectful and inappropriate. We believe customers should be treated with professionalism, courtesy, and respect throughout the entire ownership experience, not just during the sale. All disrespectful and inappropriate conduct from Capital Auto representative occurred in front of the dealership directors and they did do nothing to correct their representative behavior.
