My car broke down in the middle of street close to their shop, Reuben and Alex came out to help me jumped the car and moved it out of the way, definitely god send! I’m so surprised they have some small parts that I searched every auto shop in Kaimuki and they all don’t have it, but Reuben and Alex had it in stocks, they helped me changed the plug, charged my battery, even at a time is already pass their off work schedule, super appreciate it! I’ll definitely come back for future maintenance and repairs!

I brought my vehicle to Premier Auto specifically for a transmission fluid and filter change. Before scheduling, I called to confirm they were capable of performing this service on my vehicle, since another shop had already told me they could not. Premier Auto confirmed they could and provided a quote. About an hour into the job, I received a call stating they “didn’t realize” additional components had to be removed to access the filter. At that point, the price was increased to roughly double the original quote—after work had already begun, leaving me with little option but to proceed. Shortly after the service, I began noticing a persistent rattling noise that did not exist prior. After inspecting the issue, it appears that the component they removed to access the filter was improperly reinstalled or overtightened, resulting in damage to the metal part and a constant rattle.
