Good experience, walking off the street and willing to get down to business. Upfront, only a little back and forth but it was honest direct and transparent - good way to do business. The young gentleman named Austin caught me as a walk in and was polite, direct, knowledgeable, and didn’t stumble. Had an agreement and check in 45min (records check, test drive, negotiation, paperwork, and depositing the check). If I weren’t moving I’d recommend again. MUCH BETTER THAN SERVCO who will bounce you around playing games “calling managers” while just chatting at the receptionists, and wildly swinging their offer back and forth playing games.
Austyn was our appraiser and he was very professional and helpful! He made selling our extra car to Aloha Auto Depot very easy! We definitely would recommend Aloha Auto Depot to any looking to sell their car without the dangers of potential scamers and allow the hassle that come with selling your car on your own via platforms such as marketplace and/or craigslist as a private owner sale.
