Kam was great! I had already completed my pre-approval for my car loan, so the whole process was quick and easy. I was in and out in about an hour and a half. Stopped by to check out a F250 XLT they had on the lot and to see if they could bring in a truck from out of state for me that I was considering buying. Upon arriving on the lot we met Bill Swinford who was the friendliest and nicest salesman we had ever met. He let us see the truck on the lot and walked us through the process of what it would take and the cost to bring the truck from the other dealership and was up front about the cost of bringing it to the dealership. He took the time to check the towing capacity of both trucks for us and go over the towing capability features of the trucks, so we could be sure it was the proper truck to pull the weight of the RV we were considering buying. Once we made the decision on the truck he quickly put a deal together that met our goals and terms, and we closed on the truck. We've had the truck for several months now and couldn't be happier. The F250 rides smooth as silk and has no issue pulling the RV, and the seats are uber comfortable. Thank you Mr. Swinford and to Five Star Ford for the awesome experience and for helping us ensure we left the lot with the right truck to pull our RV rig.
