me and my wife bought our Hyundai Sonata Hybrid from these guys a few years back. the car has been great, and very reliable. we had great customer service, and when we had to be late on a payment, due to covid, i called, and spoke with the lady up front, she worked with us and let us skip a payment for that month. the car is now paid off, and we will 100% use these guys again in the future. the only complaint i had was the 3rd party car payment system that we had to use towards the end of our lease, which you had to pay an additional "convenience fee". but other than that, great experience. thank you for taking care of us

I have had bad experiences in the past with buying cars. I came to eagle Auto sales and my experience has been nothing but great! They had me test drive my car before I bought it and asked if I had any issues. I only had one and they ordered the parts and fixed it for free. These people are really trying to sell you a good career not just trying to get it off the lot. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! ****UPDATE**** So about 3 months after I bought my car I got into a financial struggle, when I contacted eagle Auto sales about not being able to make my payment, they worked with me by giving me a later date to make my payment and still let me keep my car until then.... These people are very professional, trustworthy, and caring... Again I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Very straight forward dealer they tell you up front the vehicle is sold as is and there is no refund of your deposit. Knowing all of this you still buy the vehicle and when it breaks down you are still upset but why!! I bought a suv from eagle Auto and the warning light came on the next day I took the suv to a master mechanic and it needed a fuel pump he installed it and told I had a really good vehicle thanks eagle Auto i will buy again

I really hate this has come to this. I have a 2015 SRX Cadillac with no payments, and just so you'll understand, I bought it outright. The engine light comes on after two trips to Florida, less than 3 weeks of purchase, mentioned this when I spoke to Dalton, I didn't think I'd have to use the extended warranty so soon and spoke about what had happened, I was told to take it to AutoZone or and someone similar to have a scanner to be put on the vehicle, I was also told they'll be able to clear the light and that's when my light came on, "hmm, is that how they were able to pass it onto me?" I did as instructed, and it came back a bad purge canister valve; I'm not trying to convince anybody to do right by people as it goes a long way. I called and spoke with the guy (Dalton) who made recommendations, I offered to buy the part and have their mechanic fix it, but he responded that they're behind, mind you I didn't say when, so my advice to you is to be very cautious, because it happened to me, it can happen to you, besides that the vehicle is a great running vehicle.

Crooked & make me sick. When you call them out, they act like they’re under attack & somehow become victims. My husband told them they were wrong and they said he was yelling….. mind to tell you my husband doesn’t even yell, is the most laid back person and mind you I was standing there, I’m more likely to act a fool than him, but that’s the game they like to play. Do better business DALTON. I bought a cheap car (didn’t want to pay at an expensive car note for a newer car BIG MISTAKE) and traded in my Jeep. I didn’t even drive the trade in 50 miles before every warning light came on. I told Dalton, and instead of helping, he made excuses for keeping that ragged car. They played me, then Dalton says “ well the fuel line on your jeep broke “ after the trade—complete nonsense, my jeep was well taken care of & wish I NEVER EVEN LOOKED AT THE RAGGEDY PAVEMENT THEY KEEP THEIR BUSINESS IN. When I tried to get my Jeep back, they claimed it was sold (it wasn’t). Liars and manipulators. Bring a code reader, they clear the codes & give MONEY OFF for 5 star reviews. If you don’t believe me, get a piece of junk and they’ll give you the run down on how to save money. Don’t believe the reviews, just a bunch of people wanting money off and I don’t blame them. So glad I went to a dealership after this, Dalton put a real BAD taste in my mouth after this.
