Go See Jay!! Soo I had a whole situation that started 2 years ago when I bought a 2010 VW Jetta from here. Long story short the car was stolen along with ALL the paperwork. I was in Kansas & just finally moved back to GA. Found the car & had to go back to the dealership to get paperwork. Jay was there & made me copies of the paperwork I need to get the car situated. Then he even went with me to where it was dumped at & helped me get it running & allowed me to drive it back to the dealership & he gave her an awesome car wash (looked even cleaner than when I bought her). Jay has gone above & beyond to help & make my experience with World Class Auto a Great One!! Even 2 years after purchasing my car from there & still willing to step in & help. You don't get that kind of treatment other places. Here they care about people & are willing to help where they can. Please go see Jay if you're in need of a vehicle & want a good experience where you're treated like a person rather than a dollar sign!!

Was told no check engine light evrything was good to go , that was not the case about 50 miles into my ride home light came on . got home and scanned it , had a rear o2 sensor code put it on the ramps fresh welds no cat and a new 02 sensor swinging there ...... (update) both owner where very professional about the situation , i was contacted within an hour of leaving the message on there machine , we came to the conclusion that it was a mistake on there end noboy knew the cat was chopped off as they did not have ot in inventory very long . We found a cat online and they reimbersed me for the full amount of the cat aswell as my local shops labor rate to rectify the situation . Very greatful they did the right thing and took care of me especially being a new customer to them. Definatly would shop here agen... its hard to find people that do the right thing these days .

It started out like this Amazing people who work hard to get you into a good reliable vehicle!! Definitely recommend!!! Three days later, I started having an issues And was unable to drive my car for the next three days they assured me that I had roadside, but I had to pay for towing and everything myself got a full diagnostics and found out that there were multiple problems with the vehicle. A couple weeks later I am still unable to drive the vehicle because there is so much wrong with it. I thought this was a good company, but they are very conniving and manipulative. I would not recommend. They assured me that I will be pulling off in a vehicle. I am a single mother of four and I was not picky about Which vehicle they gave me as long as it was reliable, if you can take your money elsewhere!
