They kept me informed throughout the entire process, explained everything clearly, and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Jeffrey went above and beyond from the very beginning. He patiently allowed me to test drive nearly every Jeep Wrangler they had on the lot, making sure I felt confident and informed about my options. Even more impressive, when I ultimately found the exact Jeep I wanted at a different dealership, Jeffrey didn’t hesitate. He personally reached out, coordinated the details, and arranged to have that Jeep brought in for me. Because of his dedication and willingness to go the extra mile, I’m now driving my dream Jeep, and I couldn’t be more pleased. The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. What a time to be alive!!! I can honestly say that ive never had a car purchasing ordeal so fun : yet so smooth at the same time. Dave durden : nick and jim: hell the entire staff they really made it so so easy for me. And that was most appreciated. Im.glad I chose them and they allowed me to get my truck from them!! ** it has been a week since we contacted the dealer per their request in response to this review and still have not gotten a single reply. The dealership is such a disappointment that we are actively looking at trading in our vehicle at another dealership just to not have any ties to this one because I refuse to deal with them anymore. Horrible customer service from the bottom to the top apparently **Editing to say the buying process was the only good part about working with this company because so far the after care has been nothing short of abysmal. From the rude, snarky finance lady that treated us like we were robbing them by asking for the money they owed us!!! To the owner/finance guy John that has been a let down since we signed. He couldnt seem to keep his word, return a phone call, or even care that his finance lady was so rude she nearly cost him a sale. Since when does a dealership not offer the first oil change free on a brand new vehicle? We've always been offered that even on used vehicle purchases, at other dealerships but we were surprised to find thats not even close to an option offered here. I have never been so disappointed in a local establishment and I promise I will never buy from here again. Yall go see Mr. Daniel at Daniels GMC in swainsboro. That man did everything to keep us happy and went far above and beyond what we expected. He has sent me and my husband HAND-WRITTEN birthday letters every year since we bought from them not these pre-printed cards that S.M sends out to pretend they care. Trust me swainsboro is worth the drive from effingham for every bit of service before during but especially AFTER a sale! Highly recommend working with Jeremiah if you waste your time buying from here. At least he was pleasant, friendly and not overly pushy. I cant say the same for the rest of the staff we've worked with
