terrible customer service called once they picked up and left the phone vacant. second time hung up on me. third time i called (last time) someone answered i asked what is all the requirements to purchase a vehicle from you guys. he said just “ bring some damn money “. dont waste your time with these unprofessional people. totally disgusting. -10/10

Both Kevin and the owner assaulted me after I purchased a vehicle from them. They bit me drug me down the stairs etc. When I tried to get my things out of the car that they repossessed a few days after getting it. Just go down the street and purchase a car don't deal with these shady people. A few days later I bought a car from down the street and never have had problems out of it!! These people will.get what's coming to. Them.

These people are the worst the apartment I was staying in was full of rats he told me that he couldn't do anything to help me. He never fixed anything my ceiling fail in the bathroom he took almost a month to fix it bottom line is these people is not right if anyone decides to do business with that smh u have been warned

I purchased the car Nov17, 2020 and Kevin Jr, made a contract out and he was not clear when it came to my payments he has the balance due biweekly beginning Feb 15, 2021 payments due. He was excepting payments from me and saying thank you while giving me the receipt and pushing me out the door. Then out of the blue he calls saying to pay up time to pay the full balance. Long story short he took my car with all my things in it. I called the police and they said it’s a civil matter. Ladies don’t buy a car from this place without someone backing you up, because you will be disrespected not knowing why.

The experience with this business is by far the worst I ever experience in my entire life. My fiance and I rented a vehicle from them for Memorial Day weekend. The vehicle broke down and ran hot soon as we made it to Atlanta. We called all 3 phone numbers including the emergency number. Not one person called us back at all! We wasn't able to do anything at all. We spent our entire trip buying cooling and putting water in the vehicle trying to make it back home! This was on a friday night! Saturaday, Sunday and Monday went by and we still have not heard from anyone after leaving many messages. They did not care about our well being or their vehicle. I just thank God I was not alone with my children. I will tell you to run far way from this business! They do not care about their customers just a dollar! So much for trying to support a black own business! They are rude careless and unprofessional!
